The founders of Chamberlain & Wallis are award winning craftsmen and between them they have over 50 years experience in the oak framed building industry, both in the construction of new oak framed buildings and quality barn and period conversions.

In a world where many companies are switching to machine production Chamberlain & Wallis have an absolute passion for oak framed buildings and the need to maintain traditional construction methods, all of our buildings are hand made displaying their traditional features such as curved bracing and pegged mortice and tennon joints.

Before one of our buildings arrives on site it will already have been fully constructed by our team of craftsmen at our workshop. This process ensures that all the joints are a perfect fit and that all of the timbers used are of the highest quality.
