Every Chamberlain & Wallis building will be designed to your exact specifications - down to the bricks, the tiles, the hardware and the joinery.
With over 50 years experience in the industry we understand that an oak frame building is an important investment and needs careful thought and planning.
Bricks - Chamberlain & Wallis use a special 150mm brick, which has a number of benefits. Not only is it the same width as the timbers used on the building - thus making the building aesthetically more pleasing - it also helps to keep the cost of the build down. This is because only a single skin of brickwork is needed on many designs and foundation width can be kept to a minimum, all without affecting the integrity of the building.- Tiles - As we always source the tile to suit the project we do not offer a standard range of roof or hanging tiles
- Joinery - As with our tiles, we do not have a standard range of joinery. We will always adapt to suit clients individual requirements. We will, however, always use joinery of the highest quality whether this is in oak or other hardwood.
- Electrical - We can manage all your electrical, media and computer cabling. Our associated contractors are fully certified and work to all current regulations and must-have systems.
- Finishing Touches: Hardware - An often overlooked element of a building, Hardware can enhance the aesthetics of a room or building. It is this attention to detail that can give the final wow factor. We work with a number of proven traditional and contemporary hardware suppliers and we will advise you on the most suitable finishing touches.
